Senior moves at Cardiff Productions to support strategic growth

Leading Nations production company Cardiff Productions has confirmed a change of structure in its senior management team to support the strategic growth of the business.

Narinder Minhas, co-founder and co-Managing Director will take over the leadership of the company, becoming CEO whilst fellow co-founder, Pat Younge, shifts from co-Managing Director to Non-Executive Director, to concentrate on company strategy whilst developing his growing portfolio of external commitments.

Narinder Minhas says:

“We’ve got a hugely talented Welsh team and have recently experienced significant growth, with wide-ranging interest in our approach to making bold, diverse programming. Now is the perfect time for us to focus on the strategic development of the company. Pat will use his experience and insight to help shape the company’s strategy and I’m excited to be working with him in this new capacity.

We have been working towards this natural progression for some time, as we always knew that Pat would be growing his portfolio of interests outside the company.”

Pat Younge adds:

“We are part of a flourishing global content industry and I’m excited to be helping Cardiff Productions spread its wings whilst, at the same time, spreading mine with a growing range of current and future external collaborations . Narinder has been the creative driving force behind the company for some time, so I am thrilled to be making our change of roles official, with this announcement.
